- The Big Apple is the setting for this reality series that takes a look at the challenges faced by diminutive people in the most populated city in the US, both in their personal lives and trying to navigate the metropolis. The programme features a group of little women - and one man - led by outgoing Lila, who is ready to start a new chapter in her life as a single woman in the city. Other members of the crew include political science student Jason, who lives at home with his close-knit family; Broadway actress Jordanna, who recently moved in with her average-height boyfriend, Anthony; Misty, a Louisiana native at a crossroads in her relationship with college football player Joe; independent career woman Dawn, who is in no hurry to settle down; performer Jazmin, Dawn's sister-in-law, who feels like she is on the brink of her big break; and Kristin, a backup dancer in a controversial Miley Cyrus performance in 2013, who is Misty's roommate.
