Deena panics after missing her period. After an all-night fight with Jionni, Snookie decides to take a break from the relationship. Mike tries to win her over, but someone else ends up comforting her. (S4, ep10)

After Mike's prank backfires, the guys visit Vinny's family in Sicily and the girls class it up on a Tuscan wine tour. Snooki learns the truth about her hook-up with Vin and must come clean to Jionni. (S4, ep11)

Deena's still trying to "do sex" with Pauly, the meatballs get an icy reception at a club, and the whole house turns on Mike after he stirs up drama one too many times. (S4, ep12)
