Bethenny struggles with the sudden passing of her boyfriend Dennis, while Luann reflects on her second stint in rehab. Dorinda has made positive changes in her life, but she has yet to face the tension between her and Luann. They haven't spoken since the incident at Luann's cabaret five months ago.

Luann reflects on the night that forced her back into rehab. Across town, Tinsley and Dorinda watch as Ramona fails to score with the local guys and Barbara throws a clambake hoping to mend fractured friendships.

Ramona abruptly leaves Barbara's clambake after being confronted by Luann for spreading rumours. Back in the city, Dorinda and Luann face off at Sonja's magazine cover shoot party. Bethenny heads to North Carolina for more relief work.

Bethenny plays peacemaker between Dorinda and Luann. Later, Luann begins her court-ordered community service and discusses her first meeting with her parole officer. Tinsley tries to figure out what's going on with Scott and Ramona goes on a blind date.

After attending Tinsley's fashion show for dogs, the ladies interrogate her about her future with Scott. Later, Bethenny speaks with a grief counselor about dealing with the loss of Dennis, and Dorinda readies Blue Stone Manor for Halloween.

Sonja is triggered when Dorinda organizes a trip to an old Morgan family mansion. Barbara is unhappy with her room allocation and the drama continues when Bethenny arrives from visiting her new beau. Over dinner, served by the Bear-Naked Chef, Sonja gets liquored up and starts spiraling down.

As the Berkshires weekend winds down, Bethenny tells Dorinda about receiving a sign from Dennis, while Tinsley and Luann have a heart to heart over the death of Tinsley's alcoholic father. When Bethenny hosts a dinner party in the city, a light-hearted game of truth or dare takes a dark turn.

Tinsley tags along with Luann to an Al-Anon meeting and shares some big news about Scott. Meanwhile, Ramona bumps into her ex-husband Mario while out for dinner with the ladies. At Dorinda's Spa Day, conversations turn to makeups, breakups, lies, and apologies; making the day anything but relaxing.

Bethenny has a court appearance to confront the latest challenge in her custody battle with her ex. Meanwhile, Ramona takes Barbara shopping to help spruce up her wardrobe.

Proving no good deed goes unpunished, Ramona's attempt at charity devolves into chaos when she, Dorinda, and Sonja attempt to give a speech at the NY Loves Kids event.

Sonja and Barbara arrive to Luann's upstate home early to warn her of the rumblings among the other ladies about her behaviour. Later, Bethenny doesn't hold back when she accuses Lu of being self-absorbed. Also, newly-single Tinsley faces serious questions about having a baby.

Bethenny continues to hammer into Luann about how narcissistic she's been. Ramona opens up about her rocky relationship with her mother before bonding with Bethenny over their abusive upbringings. Luann takes Sonja, Tinsley, and Barbara to a local cabaret show.

Luann shares her theory on what's causing Sonja's erratic behaviour. The ladies then head to Miami for fun, sun, and the revelation that Ramona made out with Harry Dubin. It's all too much for Sonja to handle, and after a few drinks she lashes out at Luann and Ramona.

The ladies turn their attention towards Luann's attitude, while Luann deflects onto Sonja's drinking. That night at the house party, Ramona juggles her ex-husband Mario and a new date.

Luann refuses to let the ladies rain on her cabaret parade, but when the women call her out for being selfish, the confrontation is just too much for Bethenny to handle.

Tinsley suffers a death in the family, and the women attend Dorinda's 80's aerobics workout for charity.

Nothing will ruin Luann's cabaret, not even drama with Dorinda and Sonja. Tinsley is accused of lying about her relationship while Bethenny suffers a near death allergic reaction.

The women give updates on their new living situations, while Bethenny argues with Luann over whether paparazzi was actually following her. Dorinda and Luann finally address their friendship issues, starting with their unresolved issues from last year and what kept them at odds this year.

The women confront Ramona for her lies and insults while Andy questions Luann about her most recent sobriety slip and probation violation.
